Right to Refuse

I reserve the right to refuse any potential client for any reason.

 

Smokers

I appreciate if you avoid smoking if possible a day before the session or at least two (2) hours before your session begins. Just do NOT arrive reaking of smoke, otherwise I hold the rights to reschedule.

 

First Time Clients

Please arrive 15 mins before actual FIRST session for paperwork and a quick chat.

 

Hygiene

Please arrive showered, clean and sweat free especially after workout. 

 

NO SHOW

You will be charged full amount if you become a NO CALL/NO SHOW. Three "NO-SHOWS" and I hold the right to terminate you as a client.

 

Cancellations

If you must cancel please give me a 24 hours notice (there will be a $35.00 cancellation fee). If you cancel LAST MINUTE, I will charge for the FULL AMOUNT SESSION.

 

Rescheduling

Please contact me 24 hours if you must reschedule. If you reschedule LAST MINUTE there will be a $35.00 Rescheduling fee.

 

Electronic Devices

ALL electronic devices MUST be turned off. Arrive EARLY for your session so you can make final phonecalls, text, emails etc. If your electronic device beeps, goes off/ ring, sound, etc, there will be a charge. $1.00 per beep $2.00 if it goes off/rings etc. I MUST have complete focus to better serve you, the sounds completely sync me out and knocks me out of my focus. Exceptions may be made as long as I am informed ahead of time only for cases of emergency.

 

Bathroom

At this moment, I have not yet installed a bathroom at my clinic/Spa, please use bathroom BEFORE arriving, you will not be able to use the bathroom at my location. There is a Wawa by Bustleton and Roosevelt Blvd that you may use if anything.

Doctors Notes
It is MANDATORY all clients bring me a DOCTOR'S NOTE after they either went to any kind of surgery, just went through any sort of illness whether it be a common cold, flu or other inclusive ESPECIALLY after an accident. A doctors note informing me you have clearence to receive a massage. OTHERWISE I hold the right to refuse client treatment until doctor's note is obtained. 

 

Draping

Draping is State Law which I enforce and abide by. Client will be draped at all times, no exceptions. A towel draping may be provided at client's request BEFORE session begins. HOWEVER, draping also depends on the type of massage, if client is receiving for example a sports massage which performs many stretches then full body draping will be used. 

 

Client Agreement
Client agrees to fill out intake form, no exceptions will be made. Client agrees to fill out intake form providing legal first and last name along with complete address and emergency contact number. Client agrees to fill out intake form in a clear and legible way. Refusal of agreement gives therapist rights to refuse service.

 

Refunds

There are NO refunds. Every sale is final.

 

Credit Cards
A valid credit card number is needed to hold any massage appointment. It is recommended reserving an appointment in advance in order to ensure availability; however,I am delighted to accomodate you on short notice if I have an opening. It is policy to have a credit card on file. You will NOT be charged unless you become a no-show or last minute cancellation or rescheduling in which case you will be charged for the full price session or the fee whichever applies. I do NOT see ANY personal information from your file.
