Clients may get undress down to comfort level. I do encourage for my clients to take everything off as the session will influence with blood circulation. Another option is the following:

 

Men: If you are to leave any garment on I advice to just keep briefs on or wear jock straps. (NO BOXER, no boxers briefs.) However you may take everything off as well as you will be draped accordingly and professionally exposing only that which I am working on.

 

Women: For female clients, I advice on a two piece bikini while draped. You may get undressed down to comfort (If you wish to leave everything on you may do so.) I advice for two piece bikinis for easy draping.
